Idaho Falls Care & Rehabilitation

At Idaho Falls Care & Rehabilitation, it is our goal to bring together a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, rehabilitation specialists and support professionals to deliver quality care. Soon after admission, this team works together with each patient or resident and his or her physician to develop a personalized clinical care plan. Family members are invited to join in this process and become an integral part of the care team. In addition, our social services team is always available to provide on-site assistance.
 
The comfortable, home-like environment at our centers, include private and semi-private rooms along with common areas to enjoy time with friends and family. Dining rooms offer a variety of menu choices, and TV and Internet access are available.
 
While we’re focused on helping our patients and residents thrive physically, we also support their emotional well-being through flexible visiting hours and activities to brighten their spirits. The supportive atmosphere at each of our centers is fostered by a friendly staff that is dedicated to helping patients celebrate their recovery through milestones, large and small.
